North Gate Visa Service
Overview
NorthGate Visa Service Center needed a website that could do more than describe visa services — it needed to actually process applicants, end to end. The site had to explain a genuinely complex, multi-country visa process (U.S., Canada, Italy, Schengen, and more) clearly enough that first-time applicants could self-serve their way from “how does this work” to a submitted application, without a phone call.
We built a full multi-page site around NorthGate’s actual 7-step process — from initial form submission through document review, interview preparation, appointment scheduling, and real-time status tracking — plus dedicated per-country application forms, a student visa track, and a live application tracker, so the site functions as a working part of the business, not just a brochure.
Problems
Visa consultancy websites live or die on trust — applicants are handing over passports, personal documents, and real money to a service they’ve likely never used before. NorthGate’s process was genuinely structured and transparent, but none of that was visible online. There was no clear explanation of what the 7-step process actually involved, no way to distinguish services by country, and no way for an applicant to check on a submitted case without messaging directly — which meant the team was fielding basic status questions manually instead of the site handling it.
